Reservations
All the accommodation reservations will be only received
by e-mail and the corresponding acknowledgment of receipt
including the reservation data and the deadline for payment
of the agreed first installment will be sent by the Hotel.
In case of not receiving the corresponding first payment
in the time and form arranged, the Hotel will be entitled
to definitely cancel the reservation. Thus, any proceeding
or claim that might arise thereafter will have no effect
and there will not be any possibility of appeal.
Payments
30% of the total amount of the reservation shall be paid
as first installment within the terms agreed in the confirmation
of the same. The settlement will be paid at least 10 (ten)
days prior to the check-in date.
In the event of not receiving the first installment and/or
the settlement in time or form, the Hotel will be entitled
to definitely cancel the reservation. Thus, any proceeding
or claim that might arise thereafter will have no effect
and there will not be any possibility of appeal.
Cancellations
Cancellations shall be considered free of all expenses when made up to (thirty) days before check-in.
Between 30 days and10 days before check-in, 30% of the total reservation value shall be retained as cancellation charge and the credit balance shall be applicable to future reservations, subject to availability. Such credit shall be valid for 1 year as from the cancellation date.
Within the 10 days prior to check-in, 100% of the total value of the reservation shall be charged.
All expenses emerging from any amendment or modification to our guests` stay, caused by weather conditions, force majeure or any other nature, non attributable to the Hotel, shall be assumed by the guests.
Refunds
The Hotel will not acknowledge changes of date or refunds
due to inconveniences caused by third parties outside
our facilities (airlines, agencies, operators, etc.) or
by weather conditions, both in the city of origin and
in the destination.
Refunds will be made after being analyzed by our administrative
department within a 48-hour to 72-hour term by means of
a bank deposit in the account indicated by the customer
/ guest. .
